Multiskilled Operations Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Multiskilled Operations Technician to join our team in Doncaster.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems, as well as strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
You will work closely with the Engineering Supervisor and Production Shift Leader, reporting directly to the Engineering Manager. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining and improving production equipment, collaborating with the Shift Manager and Engineering Supervisor to meet production needs with minimal disruption.
Responsibilities:- Maintenance and improvement of production equipment to meet production requirements.
- Troubleshooting and fault-finding in electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Collaboration with the Shift Manager and Engineering Supervisor to meet production needs with minimal disruption.
- A solid educational background with strong mathematical skills is essential for success in this role.
- An engineering qualification is preferred, ideally at the ONC/HNC level, though relevant work experience will also be considered.
- Basic computer skills are desirable, with proficiency in Word and Excel being advantageous but not required.
We offer a competitive salary of £44,000 per annum for this full-time, permanent position, as well as benefits including Auto Enrolment Pension Scheme and Free Parking.
