Wastewater Network Technician

Are you looking for a challenging role that combines technical expertise with excellent customer service skills? We have an exciting opportunity for a Wastewater Network Technician to join our Operations & Maintenance team in Exeter, Newton Abbot, Plymouth, or Launceston. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering reactive and proactive operations and maintenance plans across our wastewater network.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with wastewater networks, drainage, and high-pressure jetting equipment. You will also possess good IT literacy, including proficiency in mobile devices, software packages, and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively explaining the importance and need of the work being carried out to customers.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,682 to £31,182 per annum (dependent on experience), plus a 1 in 6 stand-by rota. Ancala Water Services owns and manages water and wastewater assets, delivering services to over 1,100 sites throughout England and Wales. We're passionate about providing wholesome water to our customers and managing the treatment of wastewater, with a focus on protecting the environment.
