Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intensive Care Charge Nurse to join our team at Cleveland Clinic London. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nurses in our ICU department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for critically ill adults
  • Provide direct nursing care and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Current nursing registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Experience in critical care and leadership roles

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
