Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:

The Monolith Group is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our daily operations in an office environment.

Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents. You will also utilize office software to create spreadsheets, reports, and presentations. Additionally, you will manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, manage customer orders, assist with new customer inquiries, and assist with company accreditations and compliance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong typing skills and data entry accuracy, excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently, familiarity with general administrative procedures, good phone etiquette for effective communication, attention to detail, honesty, and a hardworking team player approach. Furthermore, you will require an organized approach with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Benefits:

Working Hours and Location:

This full-time role requires you to work Monday to Friday in our office location.
