Job Requirements
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Plasterer Multi Trade with additional skills in mould wash, decorations, and tiling. The ideal candidate will have worked in social housing and be willing to travel to various locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out property repairs and maintenance works in social housing
- Work to the Scope of Works on PDA for each job
Requirements
- Qualified to Level 2 or 3 in Plastering and able to provide certificate(s)
- CSCS Skilled Worker card
- Full UK driving license (not EU license)
- Own tools
- Experience of working in social housing
- DBS certificate
