Anti-Social Behaviour Case Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Case Manager to join our dedicated ASB team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of ASB cases, including complex and high-risk incidents, and provide vital support to customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of ASB cases, utilizing all available tools and enforcement methods to resolve cases swiftly and effectively.
- Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners to deliver positive outcomes for communities.
- Prepare legal notices, witness statements, and case documentation, representing Paradigm in court where necessary.
- Work proactively to deliver a customer-focused ASB service in line with our policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Housing and Rent Recovery to ensure seamless case handling and resolution.
- Attend multi-agency meetings and represent Paradigm in discussions with local authorities, police, and other key partners.
We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage and prioritise a complex caseload of ASB cases. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate confidence when working with challenging behaviour and have experience in preparing case reports and legal documentation. Experience within the housing sector, particularly in ASB management, is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of landlord and tenant law and its application to tenancy and ASB management. They will also be able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and develop problem-solving responses to ASB issues.
