As an Opiate Recovery Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering tailored interventions and ensuring our service users receive a comprehensive, recovery-focused detoxification plan.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing unwavering support to service users throughout their treatment and recovery journey
  • Implementing interventions aimed at reducing the harm caused by opiate use
  • Collaborating with other organisations and the community to enhance recovery resources
  • Advocating for the involvement of family members and service users
  • Facilitating social (re)integration and promoting recovery, resilience, and self-determination

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong understanding of mental health interventions and a passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Key qualifications and skills include:

  • Knowledge and experience in delivering interventions for service users affected by opiate use
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficient IT skills
  • Proactive qualities, working independently with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Strong understanding of mental health interventions, services, and best practices
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with a diverse range of professionals and stakeholders
