Opiate Recovery Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Opiate Recovery Coordinator to join our team at Change Grow Live. As an Opiate Recovery Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals affected by opiate use, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to achieve recovery and lead fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized support to service users, assessing their needs and developing tailored interventions to reduce harm caused by opiate use.
- Implement group sessions and one-on-one engagement to promote recovery and resilience.
- Collaborate with other organizations and community resources to enhance recovery options for service users.
- Advocate for the involvement of family members and service users in accessing partnership services.
- Work closely with service users to facilitate social reintegration, promoting recovery, resilience, peer support, and self-determination.
We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of mental health interventions, services, and best practices. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A passion for supporting individuals affected by opiate use and a commitment to promoting recovery and resilience are essential.
