About the Role

At Holiday Inn Norwich, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Leisure Club Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Leisure Club team, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the Leisure Club is always presented in a clean and tidy condition, adhering to daily, weekly, and monthly checks.
  • Contribute to achieving new member sales, renewals, and net membership growth metrics.
  • Support the Club Management Team in local marketing initiatives to drive new member sales, membership headcount, and the club's position in the community.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to Health and Safety and support the Club Management Team in relation to the Sustainable Safety Group (SSG) audit.
  • Undertake cash handling duties and submit to hotel finance.

What You'll Bring

We are looking for someone with a passion for the leisure and fitness industry, who is eager to develop their skills and career. Relevant qualifications, such as Pool Water Safety Qualification or First Aid at Work, are desirable but not essential.
