Key responsibilities include working with a broad range of personal care tasks, managing medications, and assisting with health or therapeutic observations under the supervision of a registered practitioner. You will also have the opportunity to develop clinical competencies in wound care, catheter care, stoma care, and peg feeding assistance.
Additionally, you will work in partnership with mainstream health and care services to ensure the person's needs are met in the most efficient and joined-up way. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels, including those who may have communication difficulties or other barriers to communication.
