Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Office Manager - Property Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our operations by coordinating various aspects of property marketing and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate property marketing assets including floorplans, photography, videography, and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
- Liaise with third-party contractors (photographers, videographers, floorplan creators) to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
- Ensure compliance checks are completed for properties, ensuring all legal and regulatory standards are met
- Assist in the creation of property brochures, including uploading photos, descriptions, and floorplans for property listings
- Organise and manage administrative tasks to support the wider office team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain and update property systems
- Provide general office support, including handling customer queries and assisting with administrative tasks
Requirements
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good IT skills and familiarity with basic software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail with an ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Experience in administration, customer service, or a similar role, demonstrating transferable skills
- A proactive and flexible approach, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- A professional and positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team
