**Role Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Barchester care homes. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
The ideal candidate will have current NMC registration, a good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices, and experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments. You will also have an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
