The Role

We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our Service Delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating client services, scheduling appointments, and providing check-in calls. They will also work closely with our volunteer team to ensure a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate client services, including scheduling appointments and providing check-in calls
