Key Responsibilities
* Track and retrieve overdue debtor balances as per agreed terms
* Aims to reduce debtor days to align with set targets
* Applies best practices in cash collection procedures
* Ensures precise allocation and processing of all payments
* Keeps a detailed log of all credit control activities
* Handles requests for credits or re-issues efficiently

What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
* Minimum 3 years relevant credit control experience in a fast-paced environment
* Accurate, efficient, and organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks as needed
* Strong relationships with customers
