We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Fellow in Critical Care Medicine to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW). As a Clinical Fellow, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical and leadership skills in a busy tertiary referral ICU environment.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with a multiprofessional team, and contributing to the development of clinical and leadership skills. You will have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of clinical and educational activities, including echocardiography and POCUS, digital technologies and IT, tracheostomy and advanced airway skills, clinical research, quality improvement, and management and leadership.
Requirements- Previous experience in Critical Care Medicine
- Able to assess, resuscitate, and stabilize acutely sick patients
- Able to participate as a key member of the cardiac arrest team
- Demonstrates good clinical judgment
- Understands audit and governance processes
