Job Title: Female Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at United Response. As a Female Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing person-centred care and support to individuals in their daily lives
  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Supporting individuals with their daily routines, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Encouraging and facilitating social interaction and community engagement
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for working with individuals with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures
