Special Needs Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assist students with learning difficulties in a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Help to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapt lesson plans as needed.
- Support teachers in delivering lessons and maintaining a safe and organized classroom.
- Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of our SEN department.
- Previous experience working with students with Special Educational Needs is essential.
- Ability to follow EHCPs and other educational plans to support individual learning needs.
- Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of students with SEN.
