About the Role

We are seeking a caring and compassionate Support Worker to join our team on a relief basis for waking night shifts. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our service users, providing support with daily living tasks, and promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Support service users with their daily routines and activities
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless support and care
