About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Property Services Consultant to join our team at Parkinson Gray Associates. As a key member of our Property Services Division, you will play a crucial role in delivering a range of services to our clients, including plant renewal, replacement, and refurbishment, surveys, technical advice, and carbon management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical advice to landlords, property agents, and building managers on engineering systems and compliance with legislation.
  • Undertake forward planning and refurbishment, improved management of change, and maximisation of asset value.
  • Meet with customers, develop and produce reports, specifications, and guidance, and work closely with the team to deliver high-quality services.
Requirements

We are looking for a professionally qualified and experienced Mechanical and Electrical Engineer with a proven track record of delivering a polished client-facing service. Essential skills include:

  • Experience gathering data and publishing professional reports.
  • High-level technical knowledge of MEP systems in a wide range of buildings and facilities.
  • Ability to carry out post-occupancy surveys and deal directly with landlords and tenants.

Travel is essential for this role, with some overnight stays necessary. A valid UK driver's license and access to a suitable vehicle during working hours are required, for which a car allowance is paid as part of the overall remuneration package.
