About the Role

The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation in CAMH practice. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve CAMH services and outcomes.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for service development and improvement.
  • Ensuring effective communication and liaison between CAMHS teams and other healthcare services.

Requirements
  • Recorded/registered qualification in a relevant field at graduate level, such as nursing, social work, or occupational therapy.
  • Significant experience in a CAMH leadership or management role.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
