Young People's Registered Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to oversee our Ofsted registered supported accommodation services in Weymouth and Dorchester.
The Role
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and possess experience with Ofsted registration. They will lead a committed team to deliver exceptional care and ensure high-quality service for young people.
About You
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills to oversee the supported accommodation services. They will guide the registration process, maintain regulatory standards, and prepare for inspections.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the Weymouth and Dorchester supported accommodation services.
- Lead a team to provide high-quality support and develop personalised support plans.
- Handle the Ofsted registration process and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare for inspections and drive continuous improvement through audits and quality assessments.
