Location: West London

Salary: Circa £70,000 DOE

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious veterinary professional ready to lead a team and drive clinical excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical guidance, mentorship, and oversight to our dynamic team of veterinary professionals.

  • Clinical Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of patient and client care.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
  • Team Management: Collaborate with the practice manager to achieve business and clinical goals, driving continuous improvement in clinical practices and team development.
About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced veterinary professional with:

  • MRCVS qualification with extensive experience in small animal practice.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional client and patient care.
  • Strong clinical skills, including surgical and diagnostic expertise.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
