Pursue a Permanent IT Networking Position

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our fast-growing technology company based in Hampshire on a permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our networks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining network switches and firewalls
  • Tracing cabling from patch panel to destination port/device
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting network equipment and software
  • Providing excellent customer service and support

Key Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' experience working with business-centric computer networking (small business/SME/corporate)
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory and Windows Server domains
  • Knowledge of standard network terminology and concepts, e.g., DHCP server/client, NAT, PAT, network traffic routing/VLAN
  • UK driving licence and own car for visiting customer sites
