Job Overview:

You will be the face of our brand, greeting and serving customers with a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor. Your knowledge of our products will enable you to assist customers in finding the best items for their needs.

Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and thank customers, providing a warm and friendly farewell.
  2. Offer exceptional service, utilizing your knowledge to help customers find the best products.
  3. Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently and attentively.
  4. Process deliveries and replenish stock.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  6. Stay up-to-date with company promotions and activities.
  7. Support floor moves, sales, and launches.
  8. Adhere to FatFace policies and procedures.
  9. Ensure GDPR compliance.
