We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic General Practitioner to join our team at Witton Street Surgery on a fixed-term 12-month contract to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical services to our patients, managing a caseload, and working collaboratively with our existing team.
Main Responsibilities- Provide general medical services, including consultations, examinations, and treatments, to patients of all ages.
- Manage a caseload of patients, including those with complex medical needs, and ensure timely and effective care.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, pharmacists, and specialists, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Participate in regular clinical meetings and contribute to the development of care plans for patients.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of patient information, including medical histories, diagnoses, and treatments.
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with local and national guidelines.
Witton Street Surgery is a friendly and supportive practice with a strong focus on patient care and well-being. We have a team of experienced healthcare professionals, including 4 GP partners, 2 salaried GPs, 2 practice nurses, and a range of other support staff. Requirements- Relevant qualifications and experience as a General Practitioner.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient care and well-being.
