Senior Healthcare Support Worker, Emergency Department Specialist

The Emergency Department at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary is a dynamic, fast-paced clinical environment, providing care for a diverse city population. The department has excellent working links with Critical Care and Acute Medicine, in-patient surgical teams, and Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

We are evolving our education programme to involve the entire clinical team, with simulation training and comprehensive mentorship for new staff. Clinical orientation includes a supernumerary shift within the major's area and rapid area. Acute UK experience is essential.

We are the North of Scotland trauma centre, with a highly motivated Trauma Team established within the department, integrating Emergency Medicine Teams with Surgical and Intensive Care Unit Specialties.

Full-time and part-time hours will be considered.
