About the Role

Nexgen Facilities Services LTD is seeking a highly experienced cleaning manager to cover sites across various locations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the cleaning industry, with a strong background in managing teams and ensuring high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate cleaning operations across multiple sites
  • Lead and motivate a team of cleaning professionals to deliver exceptional results
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including COSHH
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, and colleagues

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the cleaning industry
  • Full UK driving license
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience of working in schools, commercial businesses, and offices
