In this key role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the conveyancing department, working closely with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless case progression.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering accurate and efficient work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Prepare and manage legal documents, including contracts and deeds
  • Assist with client file management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and stakeholders to gather information and provide updates
  • Schedule appointments and manage diaries for the conveyancing team
  • Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a legal secretary in a conveyancing team
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with colleagues

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum
