Store Team Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at Home Bargains. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with stock replenishment, maintaining a high level of stock presentation and ensuring products are available and easily accessible for customers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and providing change as required.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment that showcases our products.
- A competitive hourly rate, ranging from £9.00 to £11.88 per hour, depending on age and experience.
- 20 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours during peak periods.
- 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year, including bank and public holiday allowance, rising to 6.6 weeks upon 5 years' service.
