Job Overview:

The Mount Charles Group is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join its team at South Regional College in Armagh, Northern Ireland. This permanent full-time role involves managing the delivery of services including catering, cleaning, grounds maintenance, waste management, and vending across multiple campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control services to agreed specifications and targets
  • Lead high-performing teams to achieve objectives
  • Proactively manage services across sites, providing support and guidance to teams
  • Ccoordinate with departments to develop and implement service standards
  • Maintain safe working environments and resolve client queries effectively

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of IT packages
  • Valid driving license
  • Attention to detail and ability to lead by example
  • Flexible and positive attitude
