Senior Facilities Manager

Job Overview:
The Mount Charles Group is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join its team at South Regional College in Armagh, Northern Ireland. This permanent full-time role involves managing the delivery of services including catering, cleaning, grounds maintenance, waste management, and vending across multiple campuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control services to agreed specifications and targets
- Lead high-performing teams to achieve objectives
- Proactively manage services across sites, providing support and guidance to teams
- Ccoordinate with departments to develop and implement service standards
- Maintain safe working environments and resolve client queries effectively
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of IT packages
- Valid driving license
- Attention to detail and ability to lead by example
- Flexible and positive attitude
