We are seeking a skilled Counselling and Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Everyturn Mental Health. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychological interventions to clients with common mental health problems.
- Work collaboratively with our clinical leadership team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Develop and maintain a successful therapeutic relationship with clients, with a focus on building trust and rapport.
- Participate in regular high-quality supervision and support from our line manager and clinical leadership team.
- A Diploma or degree in Counselling from a recognised course that meets the requirements for BACP (or equivalent) accreditation.
- Experience of working within a primary care mental health service, with a focus on common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression.
- Good record of Continuing Professional Development and a willingness to continue this.
- Knowledge of Talking Therapies and the stepped care model.
