About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality care to our service users.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Occupational Therapists, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, and implement individual care plans. You will also support service users to achieve their goals and access appropriate services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the assessment, planning, and implementation of individual care plans.
  • Support service users to achieve their goals and access appropriate services.
  • Maintain accurate records and enter details in service user healthcare records.

Requirements:

  • GCSE/O-Levels (A-C) or a relevant NVQ2.
  • Experience in a similar environment and mental health.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
