Museum Experience Manager

At Museum Development Midlands, we are committed to delivering exceptional visitor experiences and developing a sustainable future for our charity. We are seeking a highly skilled Museum Experience Manager to lead our volunteer program and develop engaging visitor experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visitor activities and programs to ensure exceptional visitor engagement.
  • Manage and coordinate volunteer programs to support the development of our charity.
  • Ensure high standards of site presentation and customer service across all areas of the museum.
  • Monitor and evaluate visitor feedback to improve services and maintain a positive reputation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in volunteer management or visitor services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A strong understanding of sustainable practices and the ability to apply this knowledge in a real-world setting.

Estimated Salary: £38,500 per annum.
