About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Donor Center Technician to join our team at Grifols, S.A. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our donor center, ensuring seamless interactions with donors, and maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of your work.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Donor Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate donor appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing wait times.
  • Conduct Pre-Donation Medical Screenings: Perform thorough medical evaluations of potential donors to ensure their safety and suitability for plasma donation.
  • Prepare Equipment for Phlebotomy: Set up and maintain equipment for phlebotomy procedures, ensuring it is in good working order and follows regulatory guidelines.
  • Document and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of donor information, screening results, and any issues that may arise during the donation process.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other staff members to ensure effective communication, coordination, and teamwork.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You should also have a strong attention to detail, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of your work.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000-$75,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
