Automotive Sales Professional

About the Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing prospects, working with individual customers to understand their needs, and guiding them towards the most appropriate product. Your goal will be to agree on the sale and provide a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Work with customers to identify the most suitable options and provide demonstrations and test drives.
- Agree on prices and payment methods with customers, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
- Liaise with Sales Administration to ensure product availability and coordinate delivery.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Organize daily selling activities, including telephoning prospects and scheduling appointments.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
* Strong work ethic and adaptability to change.
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other teams.
* PC, Microsoft, and web literate.
