About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Manager to join our team at Live Recruitment. As an Event Manager, you will play a key part in planning and executing high-profile events, including award ceremonies, parties, and conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Organize and coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Manage event budgets and ensure events are delivered within budget
  • Source and book venues, accommodation, and travel arrangements
  • Supervise event setup and ensure a smooth execution
  • Drive and have a car for this role
