We are seeking a talented Facilities Operations Manager to play a vital role in our organization. Position Summary:

  • Ensure prompt and effective execution of all maintenance and repair tasks for the property
  • Oversee the safety, upkeep, and adherence to regulations of the premises and surrounding areas
  • Develop and implement security protocols to protect the property and its resources
  • Manage and coordinate the duties of the facility staff
  • Establish and oversee the operational budget for the facility
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers and service providers
  • Formulate strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce expenses

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in facilities management or a comparable position
  • Proven knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
