Job Title: Transformation Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Project Manager to join our team at MBDA UK Ltd. As a key member of our Transformation & Improvement Directorate, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing transformation projects and programmes that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement transformation projects and programmes that align with our business strategy
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and programmes on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project and programme requirements
  • Manage project and programme risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Develop and maintain project and programme documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on transformation and change management
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex project and programme information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project and programme risks
