About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a CQC registered residential home, ensuring the provision of therapeutic care for young people. You will supervise Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Residential Support Workers, conduct referral assessments, and manage placements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of a CQC registered residential home
  • Ensure the provision of therapeutic care for young people
  • Supervise Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Residential Support Workers
  • Conduct referral assessments and manage placements
  • Handle rota management and ensure staff coverage
  • Manage quality reviews and inspections
  • Ensure compliance with statutory legislation and company policies

Requirements

The ideal Registered Manager will have:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Registered Manager
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management
  • Experience working with young adults with complex mental health needs in a residential setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Full clean driving licence (preferred)
