Electrical Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at HMP Bristol, a category B local adult male prison. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Monitor and report on electrical system performance and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in electrical maintenance and supervision
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
