Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum depending on experience.

Job Overview:

The Club Events Manager will be responsible for coordinating external events, including conferences, dinner parties, and celebrations for up to 400 guests. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Coordinating with the events team to plan and execute external events.
  • Working closely with internal departments to ensure proper setup, staffing, and support for each event.
  • Communicating effectively with customers to capture and execute on their needs.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field, as well as proven experience in event coordination preferably in a high-end hospitality or luxury hotel environment. You should also have strong knowledge of event planning principles, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
