We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Head Waiter to join our team at George, a contemporary private members' club in the heart of Mayfair.

About the Role:

As a Head Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience in our ground floor dining room.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take orders and serve food and drinks to members and guests
  • Manage tables and ensure timely service
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to member needs
  • Contribute to a positive and professional team environment

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have previous Waiter experience in a high-quality restaurant/bar environment
  • Have a real flair and passion for service and working with quality products and interesting drinks menus
  • Have previous experience of taking both drinks and food orders
  • Are attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of members
  • Are excellent team players with strong communication skills
