Head Waiter Opportunity at TAO Group Hospitality

We are seeking a skilled and confident Head Waiter to join our team at LAVO London, part of the renowned TAO Group Hospitality. As a Head Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring seamless service and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of waiters and waitresses to provide outstanding service to guests.
  • Ensure accurate and timely ordering, serving, and clearing of food and beverages.
  • Manage table assignments, seating, and reservations to maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food delivery and minimize wait times.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Right to work in the UK.
