Lead a Team of Care Professionals

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Service Manager to oversee a respite setting in Dorchester, providing specialist support to individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage support for at least 45 individuals annually, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Work alongside the Area Manager and Senior Leadership team to deliver quality service to the people we support.
  • Build positive relationships with stakeholders and put our vision and values into action to deliver first-class service.

Requirements:

  • QCF level 5 in Health and Social Care
  • Previous experience as a deputy or service manager
  • Must be resilient and have a flexible approach to work
  • Drivers are essential due to the nature of the role.
