Job Description: We are seeking a Community Outreach Worker to join our team in Northwest England. As a Community Outreach Worker, you will play a key role in supporting individuals on probation using our Relational Mentoring approach.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a community setting and have strong communication skills. A full driving licence and daily use of a car is an essential requirement, as well as the ability to travel extensively across Lancashire and Cumbria.

The salary for this position is £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also require home broadband connection to allow home working to be undertaken.
