Pension Consultant Job Description

Isio Group is a leading provider of pensions consulting services, and we're seeking a talented Pension Consultant to join our team. As a Pension Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of pension scheme governance and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders to draft Trustee meeting agendas and coordinate the papers required for the meetings.
  • Prepare other materials for the Trustees, including risk logs, training logs, scheme returns, and more.
  • Help clients understand and manage governance changes that affect their pension schemes.
  • Manage the trustees' annual budget process and monitor advisors' costs against this.
What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for pensions and a strong understanding of pension scheme governance. As a Pension Consultant, you'll need to be able to communicate complex ideas effectively and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Training and Development:

We offer a comprehensive training program for our Pension Consultants, including on-the-job training, regular technical training, and opportunities to develop wider market knowledge. You'll also have access to a buddy and a Performance Manager to support you in your role.
