Pension Scheme Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Pension Scheme Administrator to join our team at Ashe Consulting. As a leading Executive Search & Selection firm specializing in Financial Services Recruitment, we are committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience in occupational pension schemes, preferably from a consulting/TPA background. They will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of DB and DC pension schemes, including manual calculation and payment of benefits, production of reports, and efficient handling of correspondence and enquiries.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Manual calculation and payment of benefits
  • Production of reports
  • Efficient handling of correspondence and enquiries
  • Assisting with scheme renewal queries
  • Issuing of benefit statements
  • Performing calculations and communication of pension increases
  • Undertaking general checking and peer review responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of DB and DC pension arrangements, awareness of service standards and statutory disclosure requirements, and experience of using Profund oPen administration platform. They will also be able to work effectively as part of a team and have excellent communication skills.
