We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Construction South team as a Trainee Estimator. As a key member of the pre-construction phase, you will work closely with our colleagues to deliver construction projects across multiple sectors in the South.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to manage commercial activities with precision. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to add value throughout the project process.

Our Management Trainee program is designed to provide a comprehensive development experience, exposing you to various aspects of our business through placements in different disciplines such as Site Management and Quantity Surveying.

This 2-5 year program offers a competitive salary, starting at approximately £25,000 per annum, with potential for progression into an Assistant Estimator role upon completion.

Apart from the salary, you can expect benefits including a generous pension scheme, incentive bonuses, training opportunities, and support for part-time study towards a level 6 qualification.
