Rullion Limited is seeking an experienced Project Liaison Specialist to join their team in Farnborough. This exciting opportunity involves working with an established client, facilitating the delivery of green energy solutions and ensuring effective communication between residents and project teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and a full UK driving licence. A valid CSCS qualification and understanding of the construction industry are also essential.

This is a full-time onsite role requiring a strategic thinker who can simplify complex queries and educate residents on technical aspects of energy efficiency measures. The Project Liaison Specialist will play a key role in managing customer relationships and coordinating site visits during surveys and installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and arrange site visits, ensuring smooth operations between residents and project teams.
  • Represent Rullion Limited, engaging directly with residents to explain project requirements and next steps.
  • Educate residents on technical aspects of energy efficiency measures being implemented in their homes.
  • Address customer queries, escalating operational issues to senior stakeholders as necessary.
  • Provide regular reports and feedback to Site Managers on site visit outcomes.
  • Act as escalation point for customer and client issue management.

Salary Range: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
