Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a talented Customer Support Representative to join our team at Lloyds Bank plc. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and support to our customers.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and possess a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing solutions that meet their needs.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, banking operations and product knowledge. You will also be part of a dynamic team that is committed to excellence and customer satisfaction.
The estimated salary for this position is £23,500 - £23,550 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in branches or through remote channels.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer-focused initiatives.
